As long as the blower you use with our ProV hood is fully variable, it will work perfectly! With the ProV model you have the benefit of using either a local blower (one that is mounted inside of the hood) or an inline blower (one that is mounted away from the hood and inline with the ductwork). With its industrial design, and commercial aesthetic, it has a real impact and presence in the kitchen. Our ProVWC has tapered edges and comes with an adjustable chimney for varying ceiling heights. One of the finest features of our ProV model is the control panel which is operated with manual on/off rocker switches and a variable knob that can be adjusted for infinite speed or light settings, allowing for ultimate control. Our ProV also includes heat lamps which can be used to keep your food warm, or for additional lighting.
