Isosource 1.5 Cal provides nutritional support for individuals with elevated caloric and protein needs, shortened feeding schedules, fluid restriction, volume intolerance, bowel management, or malnutrition. This formula is a calorically dense, nutritionally complete, fiber-containing tube feeding formula with a high-quality casein and soy protein blend to help support lean body mass. It also features a proprietary IS50TM fiber blend of 50% insoluble and 50% soluble fibers to help support normal bowel function and digestive health, and its primary fat source is canola oil which is naturally rich in monounsaturated fat and contains ALA, an omega-3 fatty acid. It is suitable for lactose intolerant, gluten-free, and kosher diets, but it is not formulated for individuals with galactosemia and is intended for use under medical supervision.
