Fennel Dragon is a later-maturing, uniform bulb. Fennel Dragon yields heavy, fat, juicy bulbs with attractive, upright fronds. The uniform, small-cored bulbs have a sweet, aromatic flavor. Matures later than our other varieties, allowing for a long harvest window. Harvest in about 60 days for baby and 90 days for full size. Germination rate is 80% or better.
